Having spent the last 9 years in the United Arab Emirates, managing teams, projects, and accounts throughout the Gulf, Julie has acquired substantial knowledge in a wide range of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure related projects.
Specializing in Hotel Operations & Openings, Hotel Classification, Project Management, Marketing, Tourism Research, Strategic Planning, Spa Operations and the International Meetings Industry, Julie displays a professional and flexible approach to the most challenging of projects.
Qualified in Scotland, with a Diploma in Hotel Management, she has over 20 years experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry, holding a number of Senior Management positions with a strong Rooms Division and Quality Management background.
Prior to joining the consultancy, Julie was Corporate Rooms Division Manager of Dutco Hotels. One of her many roles included responsibility for the direction and day-to-day operation of the Rooms Division Department in the world famous Jebel Ali Hotel and Golf Resort. In addition, she was also responsible for overseeing the Rooms Division Operations of the Hatta Fort Hotel and the Oasis Beach Hotel.
